Terms and Conditions
All products will be dispatched no later than three working days from receipt of your order, providing your order has been received by 12:00 noon GMT. Any later then we will contact you. Delivery charges for overseas deliveries please call or email before you place your order.
Offshore and inshore island deliveries please call or email us if you use our automated Cart system you may be contacted and asked to pay a little extra to cover courier costs.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
If you wish to cancel your order: you can notify us by email or telephone before we have dispatched the goods to you. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the mats.
If you have ordered the wrong Item/Colour: and have received the mat / mats without checking your order then you can return the mat / mats at your cost and a refund will be given minus the cost of postage by us. Made to measure mats are non returnable unless faulty.
Return of faulty goods:
If there is a fault with your product you may return the product within 28 days. If you have notified us before 7 days of delivery you will be entitled to either a full refund or replacement product. If you notify us between 8 days to 28 days you will be entitled to a replacement product.
